"The future of Kosovo depends on its citizens, Albanians and Serbs alike," Rupel said after meeting the UN Civil Administrator in the province, Soren Jessen-Petersen.
"We all want (Serbs) to see Kosovo as their home and Pristina as the capital," Rupel said, adding that the meeting with Petersen also addressed security in the province, decentralisation, and implementation of other international standards.
Rupel also met Kosovo officials, with whom he discussed relations between Slovenia and Kosovo. In a statement for the press, Rupel described the cooperation as excellent.
Representatives of Kosovo institutions asked Rupel to see that his country becomes more involved in Kosovo's integration with the European Union.
