The independent presidential candidate complained to the Constitutional Court about a State Election Commission (DIP) decision which last week rejected his complaint about irregularities in the first election round.
Miksic had submitted documents which he claimed confirmed irregularities at some polling stations, but the DIP established the complaint was unfounded and that there had been no irregularities which significantly did or could affect the results of the first election round.
The Constitutional Court also said that some of the documents Miksic submitted to the DIP were insulting and that the DIP had reason not to take a position on them.
Also rejected was Miksic's complaint about irregularities at two polling stations in Capljina, Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Last week, the Constitutional Court rejected Miksic's request for a ballot recount and a complaint about a DIP decision which prevented Miksic's team from watching the ballot counting.
