The opinion poll on the Labour Market Index was conducted among 115 employers and over 1,000 employees last November.
Two thirds of employers-respondents are intending to increase the number of their workers (which was a slight decrease in comparison to the previous opinion poll). 74 percent believe that they will have to raise salaries at the pace they have done over recent periods. This was a rise from 56.8 percent of employers, covered by the previous opinion poll, who said they were going to raise salaries.
