"It's a little hard for me to comment, but I don't like it because the Ovcara trial is not the only one that has been overturned and sent back for retrial, but there have been other cases as well," Seks told reporters in the eastern town of Vinkovci where he opened construction works for an entrepreneurial zone.
"I agree with the lawyers who represented the victims from Vukovar that it was a political move that reeks of an attempt to drag the whole thing out forever," he added.
"It's an attempt to deceive justice, just as Serbia is swearing that it will hand over (Bosnian Serb wartime military commander) Ratko Mladic, while at the same time it is doing nothing to that effect," Seks said, noting that the court's decision was "a concession to the pro-Chetnik Radicals".
