Sivic has begun taking prison food and is under medical supervision, Rozac said, adding that now no defendant in the Sellotape case was on hunger strike after Gordana Getos-Magic stopped hers yesterday.
Rozac said that more witnesses had been heard in the case today.
Investigating Judge Mario Kovac has still not decided about Branimir Glavas's attorney's request that the investigation of the Sellotape case be suspended for the same reasons the so-called garage case was suspended, another case referring to the murders of civilians in 1991.
Glavas is an independent member of parliament accused in both cases who last week ended his 37-day hunger strike.
