SISAK, Dec 5 (Hina) - Germany has so far donated some six million euros for mine removal in Croatia and successful cooperation in demining continues, it was stressed during the visit of German Ambassador to Croatia, Hans Peters, to
Croatia's Mine Action Centre on Tuesday.
SISAK, Dec 5 (Hina) - Germany has so far donated some six million
euros for mine removal in Croatia and successful cooperation in demining
continues, it was stressed during the visit of German Ambassador to Croatia,
Hans Peters, to Croatia's Mine Action Centre on Tuesday. Germany has
donated around 5.2 million euros for mine removal projects in Croatia as part
of the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe, through Germany's nongovernmental
organisation ASB.
This year, the German government allocated EUR770,000 for the financing
of 14 mine removal projects in Osijek-Baranja, Sisak-Moslavina,
Pozega-Slavonski Brod, Sibenik-Knin and Lika-Senj counties.
