ZAGREB, Oct 5 (Hina) - Investigative proceedings against war
crimes suspects Branimir Glavas and Krunoslav Fehir resumed before the Zagreb
County Court on Thursday with the testimony of the first war-time Croatian
defence minister, Martin Spegelj. According to unofficial reports,
Spegelj did not testify about war crimes with which independent MP Glavas is
charged, such as war crimes against Serbs in the eastern city of Osijek, given
that he has no knowledge of them.
War veteran Drazen Pavicic was also today interviewed in the
proceedings.
