ZAGREB, Sept 13 (Hina) - Proceedings against independent MP
Branimir Glavas and Krunoslav Fehir, suspected of the killing of Serb civilians
in the eastern city of Osijek in 1991, resumed before the Zagreb County Court
on Wednesday with the interrogation of Mladen Filipovic, court spokesman
Kresimir Devcic said. Filipovic was the Osijek investigating judge
who in 1991 investigated the murder of Cedomir Vuckovic, a Serb civilian whose
killing, according to the prosecution, was ordered by Glavas.
Due to confidentiality, Devcic was unable to reveal details of
Filipovic's testimony to investigating judge Zdenko Posavec.
The prosecution accused Glavas of ordering the mistreatment and killing
of Vuckovic and Djordje Petkovic and the torture of another three Serb
civilians.
