SPLIT, July 3 (Hina) - Croatian journalist Josip Jovic failed to appear in court on Monday at the beginning of his trial before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia which indicted him for contempt of court
after he published the identity of a protected witness. Contempt proceedings against Croatian journalist Josip Jovic adjourned today due to the nonattendance in court of the accused, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) reported on Monday.
