Priebe met Bosnian Prime Minister Adnan Terzic and the prime ministers of Bosnia's two entities, Ahmet Hadzipasic of the Croat-Muslim Federation and Milorad Dodik of Republika Srpska.
A statement issued after the meeting said Priebe conveyed Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn's message that reforms must be fully carried out.
Priebe said Brussels was satisfied with the technical course of negotiations with Bosnia but underlined that it must reform the police, the public broadcasting system and the state administration as well as establish a single economic space and continue to fully cooperate with the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague.
Hadzipasic and Dodik were agreed that it was possible to continue with reforms with certain compromises by all in Bosnia, the statement said.
