The time has come for Croatia to claim war reparations and to initiate resolution of three other issues: border delineation, declaration of an economic zone by Montenegro, and succession to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, of which Montenegro is one of the successor states, Tadic said in a comment on relations between Croatia and Montenegro.
