The outcome of the referendum also signifies the final political death of the Versailles Yugoslavia and its mentors, said Seks.
He hoped that in the coming period, those Montenegrins who voted for the survival of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro would honestly and truly accept the result of the referendum and not contest or boycott it.
Seks said the results of the referendum were expected.
I know the outcome will be tight, he said, adding that throughout history the fates of peoples were decided with a minimal outcome at various referendums.
