ZAGREB, May 3 (Hina) - Croatian Parliament Speaker Vladimir Seks onWednesday sent a letter to the president of Armenia's NationalAssembly, Arthur Baghdasaryan, extending condolences for the tragicplane crash which claimed the lives of
