Commenting on the state Presidency's two other members' letter to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon asking that the world organisation carry out the International Court of Justice ruling that genocide had been committed in Srebrenica, Radmanovic told the press this was an arbitrary act against the Constitution.
He said Silajdzic and Komsic had allowed themselves to negate Bosnia and Herzegovina as this issue belonged in foreign affairs which, under the Constitution, could be implemented only in accordance with decisions agreed by all three Presidency members.
Radmanovic said Silajdzic and Komsic had not even informed him of the letter's content. This shows they do not need the third state Presidency member from the Serb people, which is disastrous for the country, he added.
Radmanovic said his two colleagues had attacked the whole Bosnian Serb people, trying to collective blame it for the crimes committed in Srebrenica in 1995.
He claimed the objective of the letter was to exact a change of Bosnia's structure as agreed by the 1995 Dayton peace agreement, which he said was the gravest attack on the Constitution.
Radmanovic said this was very dangerous for Bosnia as it showed that the Presidency did not function, adding that the situation was similar in some other state bodies.
"After this letter, nothing will be the same. I'm claiming this with concern," he said. Asked what might ensue, he said he expected the international community's High Representative to say what should be done.
