"We are ready to help Bosnia and Herzegovina with our experience in its European integration process," said Crvenkovski, whose country is a candidate for accession to the European Union. Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the other hand, has not yet signed the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, the first step of institutional inclusion into the EU.
Crvenkovski and Silajdzic refused to answer questions from the press.
Crvenkovski arrived in Mostar to attend an award ceremony for most successful person of the year given by the Bosnian edition of Vecernji List daily.
He also laid a wreath near Mostar's airport where Macedonian President Boris Trajkovski was killed in a plane crash three years ago.
Crvenkovski was to have arrived in Mostar by plane, but due to bad weather his plane landed in Sarajevo and he was driven to Mostar.
