The government assessed at a session that Ahtisaari's proposal for Kosovo's final status did not contain all the necessary solutions but was nonetheless a positive project paving the way for Kosovo's independence.
After thoroughly studying Ahtisaari's proposal, Kosovo's team for negotiations on the final status will present all their objections at meetings expected to be held in Vienna, the statement said.
Belgrade has requested a postponement of the final negotiating round, expected to start in the Austrian capital on February 13, until after the formation of Serbia's new parliament and government.
