ZAGREB, Nov 16 (Hina) - President of the Republic of Croatia Dr.Franjo
Tudjman brought a decision today on new appointments in the Presidential
Defense and National Security Council, according to a release issued by the
President' s Office. Namely, certain members took over new duties, while
others took over duties connected with the operation of the Council, the
release says.
The newly appointed members of the Presidential Defense and National
Security Council are the Parliamentary President of the House of
Representatives STJEPAN MESIC, Parliamentary President of the House of
Counties JOSIP MANOLIC, Premier NIKICA VALENTIC, the Head of the
President's Office Dr. JURE RADIC, Presidnet's Advisor and Head of the
Croatian National Security Office HRVOJE SARINIC, Croatian National Bank
Governor Dr.PERO JURKOVIC, Chief Presidential Economics Advisor Dr. FRANJO
GREGURIC, Croatian Vice-Premier and Foreign Minister Dr MATE GRANIC,
Croatian Vice-Premier VLADIMIR SEKS, Craotian Vice-Premier BORISLAV SKEGRO,
Croatian Vice-Premier Dr IVICA KOSTOVIC, Defense Minister GOJKO SUSAK,
Interior Minister IVAN JARNJAK, Finance Minister Dr ZORAN JASIC, Chair of
the Croatian Chamber of Commerce MLADEN VEDRIS, Croatian Army Chief of
Staff JANKO BOBETKO, Chair of the Parliamentary Sub-Committee for Interior
Policy and National Security LUKA BEBIC, the Head of the Croatian
Information Service Dr MIROSLAV TUDJMAN.
