ZAGREB, March 23 (Hina) - Official two-day talks between the
Croatian Government and the Bosnian Republic and Federation
Government delegations began today, the Croatian Government Press
Office said.
The delegations were led by Prime Ministers, Nikica Valentic
and Haris Silajdzic.
The talks were to concentrate on all open questions and would
be conducted on the basis of achieved agreements.
The last talks also took place in Zagreb.
Today's talks were to focus on economic cooperation, payment
mechanisms and customs policy.
The delegates were to formulate the text of an agreement on
railway, road and air transport.
Property relations, the return of refugees, welfare and social
security contracts and other items were on the agenda.
The Croatian delegation included Foreign Minister, Mate
Granic, Finance Minister, Bozo Prka, Trade Minister, Nadan
Vidosevic, Maritime Affairs Minister, Ivica Mudrinic and President
of the Government's Office for Refugees and Displaced Persons,
Adalbert Rebic.
The Bosnian Government and Federation delegation included
Deputy Prime Minister, Jadranko Prlic, Finance Minister Neven
Tomic, Transport and Communications Minister, Ibrahim Koluder,
Refugee Minister, Muharem Cero, Energy Supply and Industry Minister
Faruk Smailbegovic, Trade Minister, Nikola Grabovac and other high
officials.
Croatia's Ambassador to Sarajevo, Zdravko Sancevic and the
Bosnian Ambassador to Zagreb, Kasim Trnka also attended the talks.
Valentic was to hold a dinner party for the Bosnian guests
after which talks would continue Friday.
