COPENHAGEN, March 10 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman,
who is leading a Croatian state delegation at the UN social summit
in Copenhagen, this evening met Croatian embassy officials and
representatives of Croats living in Denmark and Sweden.
The summit, attended by 130 premiers and heads of state, is to
formally open tomorrow at the Bella Centre in Copenhague.
Queen Margaret has invited the participants to a formal dinner
at Christiansboerg Palace tomorrow.
President Tudjman is to meet Albanian President Sali Berisha
and Finnish President Maati Ahtisari for bilateral talks tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the Croatian delegation including Deputy Prime
Minister, Ivica Kostovic, and Labour MInister Jozo Skara, is
actively participating in the drafting of the summit's resolution.
President Tudjman is to address the summit on Sunday
afternoon.
