ZAGREB, March 10 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman this
afternoon left for Copenhagen to attend over the weekend a session
of the World Summit on Social Development.
"Croatia wants to make its contribution in resolving the
problems of the present-day world, and this conference will include
a number of interesting discussions on current international
issues," Tudjman told reporters at Zagreb airport.
On Saturday Tudjman will have a series of bilateral meetings
with heads of state and government participating in the summit.
He is scheduled to address the final plenary session of the
summit on Sunday around noon.
