COPENHAGEN, March 11 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman and
German Chancellor Helmut Kohl held talks in Copenhagen during
today's dinner for world leaders held by the host of the World
Summit on Social Development, Danish Prime Minister Poul Nyrup
Rasmussen.
President Tudjman and Chancellor Kohl exchanged the views on
the situation in the former Yugoslavia, particularly on the state
of affairs in Croatia.
The same theme was the chief topic of Bosnian Prime Minister
Haris Silajdzic's press conference this afternoon in the Copenhagen
Bella centre.
Asked about his standpoint on Croatia's decision to end
UNPROFOR's current mandate Silajdzic declined to comment on it. He
described the decision as the Croatian government's concern
regardless of its possible reflection on the situation in Bosnia.
Silajdzic warned that the globalization, advocated by the
Copenhagen Summit, would not be possible as long as the
circumstances and situation in Bosnia were not changed.
