ZADAR, Oct 17 (Hina) - The court of law in Zadar on Thursday began to conduct a trial against a former Yugoslav army officer, and presently an official with the Bosnian Embassy in Bonn, Mirsad Catic, a former colonel in the Yugoslav
army and presently a commander of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia's armed forces, Momcilo Perisic, and eighteen other officers of the former Yugoslav army.

to conduct a trial against a former Yugoslav army officer, and
presently an official with the Bosnian Embassy in Bonn, Mirsad
Catic, a former colonel in the Yugoslav army and presently a
commander of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia's armed forces,
Momcilo Perisic, and eighteen other officers of the former Yugoslav

The County State Attorney's Office in Zadar issued indictments
against the twenty persons for taking part in artillery attacks on
Zadar in late September and early October 1991, and thus committing
the act of war crime against civilians.
Of all the indicted, only Mirsad Catic is at hand to Croatian
justice powers and is present at the trial, while the rest are to
be tried in absentia.
