A commission had been set up for that purpose, Bittel said.
The commission's members were Berislav Pusic, Amor Masovic and
Dragan Bulajic, former heads of commissions for the exchange of
imprisoned and killed soldiers. The new commission is headed by an
ICRC representative.
Prefect Saric expressed support for the ICRC and the newly-
formed commission. He also informed Bittel about the difficult
situation in the Nova Bila hospital and asked for help in drugs.
The ICRC mission in central Bosnia would continue its mission
in the next year as well, Bittel said and introduced the new head
of the ICRC mission in central Bosnia, Beat Armin. Armin is to take
up his office this month.
