CROATIAN AND YUGOSLAV COMMISSIONS FOR MISSING MEET IN BELGRADE

BELGRADE, Oct 2 (Hina) - Expert teams of the Croatian and Yugoslav government commissions for missing persons began a two-day meeting in Belgrade on Wednesday to exchange information on persons killed in the war. The head of the Croatian commission, Major Ivan Gruic, said that the meeting was a continuation of talks on missing persons and detainees. "Croatia is willing to disclose documents at its disposal, althoughthe Yugoslav side is demanding as a priority information on persons who have gone missing in Bosnia-Herzegovina, in which Croatia cannot be of help," Grujic said. Grujic stressed that Croatia did not have priorities. "We are making equal efforts to find out the fate of each of 2,539 persons we're searching for. Today, we will request identification protocols for 1,400 persons, photographs and descriptions of items found on the killed persons," he added. (hina) vm mm 021505 MET oct 96
