BH ASSEMBLY APPEALS TO VOTERS TO TAKE PART IN ELECTIONS

SARAJEVO, Sept 12 (Hina) - The Assembly of the Republic of Bosnia- Herzegovina (BH) on Thursday held its last session in its current mandate. Representatives of most political parties appealed to Bosnian citizens to take part in the 14 September elections, even though they warned that basic democratic conditions for the holding of elections in accordance with the Dayton Agreement had not been achieved. President of the Assembly Miro Lazovic said that the parliament retained the right to convene again in case the establishment of central authorities of BH after the elections was blocked.
