CRO GOVT RELEIVES CRO VICE-PREMIER OF IMMUNITY

ZAGREB, July 15 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Monday held a closed session at which it discussed a request from the Zagreb Municipal Court that the government make a decision about the immunity of a Croatian vice-premier Borislav Skegro in connection to a private law suit filed against him by a reporter of the Rijeka "Novi List" daily, Edita Vlahovic Zuvela. She filed two legal actions against Skegro, for the endangering of safety and for slander. In line with the Law on Government, the government,decided to releive Skegro of immunity, a statement from the government Public Relations Office said.
