ZAGREB, July 4 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Thursday
discussed the Decree on the Office for Cooperation with the
International Criminal Tribunal, which was established as the
government's administrative and professional service for
cooperation between Croatia and The Hague-based Tribunal.
The Decree was adopted in principle. The government will
formulate the final text of one regulation, on whose logic the
government members had remarks, at an inner cabinet session.
The government formulated a Bill on the Confirmation of an
Agreement Between the Governments of Croatia and Germany on the Re-
programming of Croatia's Foreign Debt.
Croatian Finance Minister Bozo Prka said that the Agreement
was based on a General Agreement Between Croatia and the Paris
Club, adding that Croatia's total debt to Germany amounted to DEM
540 million.
The government delayed to take a stand on a Draft Decision on
the Immunity of Vice Premier Borislav Skegro.
A journalist of the Rijeka-based daily "Novi List", Edita
Vlahovic, brought two legal actions against Skegro, for the
endangering of safety and for slander.
Skegro demanded that the government relieve him of immunity in
order to be able to appear in court, but some ministers raised the
question of the government's functioning.
