SARAJEVO, July 10 (Hina) - Bosnian Federation president Kresimir
Zubak on Wednesday received a delegation of independent election
experts of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in
Europe (OSCE).
The delegation was headed by Kenneth Scott, deputy chief
of the OSCE mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The talks focused on preparations for September
elections, problems regarding freedom of movement and the timely
completion of electoral registers.
Zubak reiterated his support for national, federal and
cantonal elections, but stressed that local elections should be
delayed because the boundaries of municipalities still had not
been determined, which could create additional problems.
