SARAJEVO, July 2 (Hina) - The Temporary Electoral Commission whose
task is to oversee and organize the implementation of elections in
Bosnia-Herzegovina, on Tuesday stated that the deadline for
submitting lists of candidates for municipal and canton authority
bodies was to be extended to July 8 at 17.00 hours, a statement
from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)
Mission in Sarajevo said.
The first deadline was to expire on July 4, but the OSCE
headquarters said that this deadline concerned candidates who were
to compete in elections for an assembly of the entities, that is
for the parliament and presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
