ZAGREB, Dec 3 (Hina) - Delegations of the interior ministries of
Croatia and Yugoslavia met in Zagreb on Wednesday to discuss
cooperation in preventing international drug trafficking,
terrorism and organised crime.
The meeting was held in line with an agreement on the normalisation
of relations between the two countries.
The two delegations worked on adjusting the text of an agreement
regulating their mutual obligations in the above-mentioned areas
of cooperation, a statement from the meeting said.
Under discussion were the results of the application of agreements
on border crossings, cross-border traffic, and rail and road
traffic.
Also discussed were violations and incidents on border between the
two countries. The delegations agreed that both parties would take
all necessary measures to prevent possible violations and
incidents on the border.
The delegations agreed to continue negotiations in Belgrade.
