Prskalo expressed his sincere regret for the injured, killed
and in any way threatened residents of Mostar who had been the
victims of the incident of 10 February.
"The only way to normalize the situation and continuation of
normal life is for us who participated at the meeting in Sarajevo
on 12 February headed by Michael Steiner to respect the reached
decisions and fully support international police forces and SFOR in
the fulfillment of their commitments and tasks," Prskalo said.
He also called all residents of Mostar, whatever their
nationality, to be reasonable and to cooperate with the
international police force and the executive authority.
Prskalo called on the media in both parts of the town, in the
Herzegovina County and the Bosnian Federation to report objectively
and professionally so that they could be a factor of peace.
