The two ministers informed Premier Matesa about the outcome of today's
talks.
Slovenia's Dragonja expressed satisfaction with the talks, adding he
hoped that the agreement on free trade would be signed by the end of this
summer.
Minister Stern said he was convinced that all open questions regarding
the management of the nuclear power plant Krsko, the legal owners of which
are Croatia and Slovenia, would be solved by this summer.
Open questions should be solved speedier and in a way which would be
acceptable to both countries, Premier Matesa said.
One should overcome a rift between the overall good relations and
several unsolved open questions, Matesa said adding he hoped that a meeting
between the premiers of the two countries would soon take place.
