PRISTINA, Aug 19 (Hina) - The Kosovo Human Rights and Freedoms
Committee on Wednesday requested the establishment of an
international team of experts to investigate the whereabouts of
mass graves in Kosovo, establish the exact cause of death and
undertake measures against those responsible for the crimes.
The Committee said there were indications about a large number of
Kosovo Albanians who had been killed, but the remains of a certain
number of them are nowhere to be found.
Therefore, there is a possibility of the existence of mass graves in
this Yugoslav province, particularly in Decani, Orahovac and
Prizren, the Committee said.
It recalled that the whereabouts of the remains of 60 Kosovo
Albanians are unknown. These people were killed on the Yugoslav-
Albanian border.
