ZAGREB, July 17 (Hina) - The Croatian Justice Ministry has sent the
official documents on the case of Nada Sakic to the State Attorney
for further procedure, the Ministry said in a statement Friday.
The documents were received from the Simon Wiesenthal Centre
Director Efraim Zuroff during his recent visit to Croatia.
Nada Sakic is the wife of Dinko Sakic, commander of the Jasenovac
concentration camp during World War II, against whom preliminary
court proceedings are conducted at the Zagreb County Court.
At a press conference in Zagreb on July 6, Zuroff said he gave the
Justice Ministry documents on Sakic's wife Nada, proving that she
participated in the murder of inmates at the Stara Gradiska camp.
Nada Sakic lives in Argentina.
