Voters must register by June 17 at the latest, while the parties must
submit complete lists of candidates by June 29, the commission said.
Only in Mostar the municipal head will not be elected directly, in
accordance with the statute High Representative Paddy Ashdown imposed
for this southern city earlier this year.
Running in this year's municipal elections is also a party glorifying
Vojislav Seselj, a man indicted by the U.N. war crimes tribunal in The
Hague.
