ZAGREB, May 4 (Hina) - The Croatian Parliament on Tuesday appointed a seven-member Electronic Media Council that will be in charge of granting or revoking radio and television licences, the job previously performed by the Broadcasting
Council.

seven-member Electronic Media Council that will be in charge of
granting or revoking radio and television licences, the job previously
performed by the Broadcasting Council.#L#
Bozo Covic and Nebojsa Gladovic were appointed for a three-year term,
Denis Pericic and Ljubomir Stefanovic for a four-year term, while Jure
Ivancic, Marko Maric and Milivoj Pasicek were appointed for a
five-year term.
The council was established eight months after the Electronic Media
Act entered into force.
