Mushkolaj is also suspected of participating in the organisation of
protests of Albanians against the arrest of former KLA and Kosovo
Protection Corps members, UN police spokesman Neeraj Singh said.
Mushkolaj was arrested in line with an order by an international
prosecutor on suspicion of organising last month's violence in Decani,
Singh said.
Kosovo Force (KFOR) troops assisted UNMIK in the operation to arrest
Mushkolaj.
The UN police have so far arrested almost 190 people on suspicion of
participation in the riots of March 17-18.
