In Sarajevo, the OSCE chairman held talks, with Bosnia's three-man
presidency and the Council of Ministers, on the current situation. The
international community's High Representative to Bosnia, Paddy
Ashdown, also received him.
There is much to be done in Bosnia regarding reforms in the defence,
judiciary and education, Passy told a news conference after his talks
with the officials.
He also urged the international community to send a clear message to
Bosnian citizens that their future lay in the European Union, as this
could also accelerate the reforms.
