Spokesman for the mission's Mostar office Richard Medic said that all
the cases of property restitution had been resolved before March 15
when Mostar's six districts were abolished under a new statute imposed
by the international community's High Representative, Paddy Ashdown,
and the city was organised as a single administrative unit.
"The full implementation of property laws is an important step towards
normalisation of life in Mostar, which should be viewed as united and
open to all people," Medic said.
