"Just to make things clear, there is not much civil administration in
Kosovo now anyway, with NATO and KFOR there. But maybe the
introduction of full military administration would help stabilise the
situation. Unless the situation completely calms downs in the next day
or two, that would be a logical move," Svilanovic told Radio B92.
Svilanovic said that the visit of NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop
Scheffer and the announced visit of EU High Representative for Common
and Security Policy Javier Solana showed that the international
community was aware that the Kosovo house of cards was collapsing.
