Speaking to the press after meeting Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic, she reiterated there were no problems in cooperation with Montenegro and that Pogorica had given the Hague tribunal access to documents and witnesses.
Del Ponte said her talks with Djukanovic and President Filip Vujanovic on Sveti Stefan island yesterday and today were very significant.
Djukanovic said the meeting with del Ponte represented the continuation of good cooperation with the UN court. He added Montenegro had met all of the tribunal's demands and encouraged other countries in the region to cooperate.
The PM concluded by saying that establishing the responsibility for the war crimes committed on the territory of the former Yugoslavia was necessary to restore confidence among the countries in the Balkans.
