ZAGREB, Sept 1 (Hina) - Croatia and Serbia and Montenegro are
still not cooperating fully with the International Criminal Tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Chief Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte said in the text of
a speech which she was due to deliver at a conference on human rights in Berne
on Thursday. "Croatia and Serbia and Montenegro ... have been
cooperating with the tribunal only thanks to the international pressure."
"Their cooperation is not perfect, nor full," Del Ponte said, adding
that serious improvements over the last year and a half were the result of a
well-articulated and consistent EU policy.
