Minister Grabar Kitarovic informed members of the committee of the current Croatia-EU state of affairs, reforms Croatia was implementing in preparations for EU membership and the implementation of the Croatian Government's Action Plan to locate war crimes fugitive Ante Gotovina.
Grabar Kitarovic said Croatia was successfully conducting preparations for full membership of NATO, the statement said.
Commenting on the situation in the region, the minister said that stability in Southeast Europe was in Croatia's interest and added she was confident that the start of Croatia's EU entry talks would have a positive effect on the entire region, the statement said.
