Zagreb is a nice and safe city, and problems that police officers encounter here are almost identical to those in England, PC Cummings said.
He talked to citizens, asking them about their day-to-day problems, cooperation with neighbourhood police and the security situation in their neighbourhood.
Most passers-by looked with interest at the British officer "armed" only with a whistle and wearing a helmet, and some of them asked him to pose for a photo.
In 2004 Cummings was presented with the Bobby of the Year award by British Prime Minister Tony Blair. He works in the Lincolnshire town of Grentham.
Cummings arrived in Zagreb earlier this week with a Lincolnshire police delegation.
