ZAGREB, June 25 (Hina) - Top Croatian officials -- President StjepanMesic, Sabor Speaker Vladimir Seks, and Prime Minister Ivo Sanader, onSaturday held wreath-laying ceremonies in front of the Main Cross inthe Homeland Defence War soldiers' section at the Mirogoj cemetery inZagreb on the occasion of Statehood Day.
ZAGREB, June 25 (Hina) - Top Croatian officials -- President Stjepan Mesic, Sabor Speaker Vladimir Seks, and Prime Minister Ivo Sanader, on Saturday held wreath-laying ceremonies in front of the Main Cross in the Homeland Defence War soldiers' section at the Mirogoj cemetery in Zagreb on the occasion of Statehood Day.

Representatives of the War Veterans' Affairs ministry and veterans' associations as well as delegations of the ministries of defence and the interior, the Armed Forces and the City of Zagreb laid wreaths and lit candles in front of the Cross.

Sabor Speaker Seks, PM Sanader and the delegations of the defence ministry and the army as well as of the City of Zagreb placed wreaths at the grave of the first Croatian President, Franjo Tudjman.
