According to the news agency of the Bosnian Croat-Muslim entity, BiH-FENA, the declaration was adopted at a session held in Strasbourg and it was signed by 36 deputies.
The declaration was adopted following the motion of a deputy from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Sead Avdic, although his colleagues of Serb descent opposed the move, explaining that no consensus had been reached on the text of the declaration in the Bosnian parliament.
The declaration reads that ten years have passed since the Srebrenica massacre and that not all have yet faced the truth that thousands of innocent people were killed in cold blood in Srebrenica.
The different names and religion of those people was the only reason why they became innocent victims of the crime, the declaration reads, calling for the arrest of Bosnian Serb war-time leaders Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic.
