"That decision is completely unlawful," Ivanic told Republika Srpska Television on the phone from Spain.
He said he left a meeting with Terzic after 2 pm today, adding that the prime minister had not told him what he intended to do.
"I could not have conceived such personal and political cowardice," said Ivanic.
"I will continue to do my job until Parliament relieves me of duty," he said, adding that Terzic's goal was to foment a crisis that would result in the calling of early elections.
