"It is well known that one case has remained unsolved, but we know that there is an action plan which is being very well implemented and which will certainly be well assessed in the Chief Prosecutor's report in New York," the Croatian PM said on Monday, adding that the action plan was very well assessed at a session of the EU task force on Croatia, which convened in Luxembourg yesterday.
Speaking to reporters at a ceremony marking the opening of a centre for the training of civil servants in Zagreb, Sanader said he also expected the continuation of the positive trends in the EU-Croatia relations.
He declined to forecast a possible outcome of today's meeting of the EU Council of Ministers in Luxembourg regarding the start of Croatia's membership talks.
The EU ministerial council is also expected to discuss the Union's financial prospects.
