ZAGREB, June 1 (Hina) - The Croatian Academic and Research Network
(CARNet) on Wednesday held a presentation on an e-learning academy that was
launched this week as the first educational programme in Croatia based entirely
on the Internet. The e-learning academy includes three year-long
programmes: e-learning management, e-learning tutoring and e-learning course
design. The programmes were developed in cooperation with the University of
British Columbia from Vancouver in Canada.
CARNet representatives said that the first 27 students enrolled the
e-learning management programme last October, while classes for 40 students of
the e-learning tutoring and e-learning course design programmes started this
March.
