According to the newspaper, Sanader telephoned Terzic on Friday to initiate talks on said issues. The daily said the call came in the wake of the "serious cooling off" in Croatia-Bosnia relations in recent weeks.
Terzic's office said the Croatian PM expected the meeting, to be held in Zagreb in mid-July, to bring mutually satisfying results.
Terzic himself said he was glad that communication had been re-established with Sanader.
"I expect that the two of us will try to resolve the outstanding issues we have without any outside interference. I also hope that by July we will agree on property relations, dual citizenship, an annexe to the Free Trade Agreement, and the problems Croatian companies are having with privatisation in Bosnia-Herzegovina. I expect a good and positive meeting," said the chairman of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Council of Ministers.
